1994:
"Beanie" was the ace of the Silver Bullets pitching staff.
The leader in ERA (4.80), she had five wins and seven complete
games, including a shutout against an all-star team at Thunder Bay,
Ontario. She struck out 14 batters in seven innings to lead the team
to its first victory ever at St. Paul, MN, in May. Lee Ann struck out
62 batters and walked only 21 in 77.1 innings of work.
1995:
Lee Anne followed her successful 1994 season with a
six-week stint on the disabled list with an impingement in her
pitching shoulder. She made a total of 12 appearances, including
10 as a starting pitcher. She finished third in innings pitched (61.1)
and strikeouts (26).
1996: On June 11, Lee Anne was activated from the injured reserve
list to join the roster. Lead the team in ERA (2.27) and finished second in
saves (3) ... Tied for second in wins with two ... Struck out 34 batters in 43.2
innings pitched ... Had sugery to repair a small rotator cuff tear in the
off-season ... Struck out eight og 14 batters faced in the win over the Grand
Junction Generals.
